Clean Up Campaigns

Our Organization performs numerous clean up campaigns (drives) in our city, its surrounding areas and various cities of our Chhattisgarh State.

Till date we have performed more than 10 Clean up Drives in the last five years where we have wiped out tons of waste from various places (predominantly ponds, parks, lakes & community gardens) and thereby helped in rejuvenating the ecological conditions of those places.

Some of the prominent ones are as follows:

World Environment Day Clean Up Campaigns

On the occasion of World Environment Day 2022, we performed two clean up drives, one at Shashtri Market, Raipur & another at Send Lake, Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Sendh Lake Clean Up Campaign

In this campaign, 35 riders from Royal Enfield joined us along with the school students from the nearby school and environment conscious individuals took part in the cleanup drive.

So a total of 108 participants took part in the drive and we successfully collected a giant 1080KG of waste in 3 hours from morning 7 am to 10 am.

We then handed over the waste to the nearby municipal authority for its proper disposal.

This way, we celebrated this year’s environment day with significant contribution to our planet’s health.

We are extremely thankful to Earth Day Network-India and Royal Enfield for giving us an opportunity to conduct this cleanup on this year’s World Environment Day.

Shashtri Market Clean Up Campaign

Our organization conducted the Shashtri Market Cleanup Campaign in which on 3^rd June 2022, celebrating the World Environment Day 2022, we reached the Shashtri Market at Raipur, Chhattisgarh at 9 am and conducted the cleanup campaign till 12 pm covering the entire market and collecting plastics (especially single use plastics) and non-biodegradable waste in our garbage bags.

In 3 hours, we became successful in collecting more than 50 Kgs of waste in our garbage bags.

We are extremely thankful to the vendors and shop owners who cooperated with us in smoothly conducting our cleanup drive in the entire market.

Lastly, we want to request everyone to adopt and promote a low carbon lifestyle in your family, friend and colleague circle. Also to try to adopt sustainable and eco friendly commodities to reduce the amount of waste generated from your end.
